ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Head of Mobile Game Digital Marketing & UA
We are looking for a highly motivated mobile game marketing enthusiast to join our team and take ownership of our digital marketing and user acquisition. The role will work closely with the DEFY marketing team, CMO, and other founders with a particular focus on:
Leading user acquisition efforts for the DEFY mobile game
Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
Planning and managing our social media platforms (experience in discord, twitter and TikTok is a plus)
Designing and overseeing all aspects of our user acquisition and retention strategy
Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
Preparing reports for the wider team on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
Coordinating with KOLs and partners and other media experts to improve marketing results
Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and target audience
Working with your team to brainstorm and bring to life new and innovative growth strategies
Staying current with emerging opportunities in the mobile game marketing industry
Overseeing and managing contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
Handling strategic online initiatives
This is a full time remote working position and ideal candidates will be based in Asia (though we are flexible on this). As this role will be working with async teams across the world, communication, responsibility and organization are essential.

Ideal candidates will have:
A strong interest in mobile game marketing
A minimum of 7 years experience in a digital marketing or mobile game user acquisition role.
In-depth knowledge of App Store Optimization and other UA strategies
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in mobile game user acquisition.
